Simplify VanillaChronicleHash.roundUpMapHeaderSize() because rational behind former complexity (considering buffering in Map header serializer) is 1) gone (because BinaryWire is used instead of built-in serialization 2) was incorrect anyway, because rounding up doesn't prevent problems with buffering
