HCOLL-230 - checking in fixes to the multi threaded stateless client, it now works ( kind of ), unless its put under load, test net.openhft.chronicle.map.StatelessClientTest.testThreadSafeness will gradually slow down - so am still looking into this issue further.

HCOLL-218 ReplicatedChronicleMapTest appears to use too much resources - I've looked at other tests as well and have attempted to ensure that close is called on every test, also prompting the GC to run after each test.
