HCOLL-218 ReplicatedChronicleMapTest appears to use too much resources - I've looked at other tests as well and have attempted to ensure that close is called on every test, also prompting the GC to run after each test.

HCOLL-134 changed the default so that is does not autoReconnectedUponDroppedConnection, however its better if most of the test cases have this can you can guarantee that the server is ready to accept TCP/IP before the client.

HCOLL-167 simplified the map builder by making "file" very much an option parameter, is it not REQUIRED for all types of maps. Also updated the many of the TCP replication test to remove the user of file() as its simply not required for this in many cases.
