HCOLL-218 ReplicatedChronicleMapTest appears to use too much resources - I've looked at other tests as well and have attempted to ensure that close is called on every test, also prompting the GC to run after each test.

HCOLL-81 renamed ChronicleMap to ChronicleMapOnHeapUpdatableBuilder as Peter wanted the OffHeapUpdated Builder to be the default ChronicleMapBuilder.

HCOLL-167 simplified the map builder by making "file" very much an option parameter, is it not REQUIRED for all types of maps. Also updated the many of the TCP replication test to remove the user of file() as its simply not required for this in many cases.
