补充 Harness 的组成、停止前校验的实测（新增附录 A29）、模型变强以后的变化和与开发框架的关系；注意力实现、FlashAttention、MLA、PPO 与 GRPO 改进、ZeRO 等细节移到进阶篇，原处保留结论和链接；配图改由脚本生成。
