* chore: align workspace tooling and refresh docs

Unify pnpm workspace configuration and CI versioning, upgrade create package dependencies, and update README guidance for basic and with-lingui templates.

Update generated route tree outputs after recent formatting and script changes.

57cd84b5ce chore(create): rename npm package to create-antdadmin 
Use bin/create-antdadmin, npm create antdadmin, and tag prefix
create-antdadmin-v*. Workflow file publish-create-antdadmin.yml.
Env vars CREATE_ANTD_ADMIN_* unchanged.

29888fd1ad refactor(with-lingui): move theme and session, merge mock utils 
- Theme hooks: tokenBuilders + useAppTheme under hooks; drop theme barrel
- Session fetch helper under utils; update entry/login imports
- Mock filter + avatar helpers in mocks/utils; avatars from API in UI
- README tree updates
