Cursor Agentandzuiidea 3d17e6d636 chore(deps): upgrade basic and with-lingui within current majors 
Align shared app dependencies, bump Lingui to 6.10, and move Vite+ to 0.3.3.
Drop the removed vite-plus-test override, import tests from vite-plus/test, and
fix TypeScript/lint issues surfaced by antd and oxlint.

zuiidea 39a6339c59 feat(templates): remove orders sample, align basic with with-lingui 
- Drop orders routes, API, MSW, and e2e; users-only CRUD template
- Port HTTP refresh, hooks, RouteError, and core e2e to basic
- Lingui extract --clean in script; refresh catalogs
- Update add-resource docs, cursor rule, and optimization spec
