- Drop orders routes, API, MSW, and e2e; users-only CRUD template
- Port HTTP refresh, hooks, RouteError, and core e2e to basic
- Lingui extract --clean in script; refresh catalogs
- Update add-resource docs, cursor rule, and optimization spec
