Mygod 202bd2c984 Add support for Android TV 
This commit adds an app banner in Android TV and introduces several changes including refactoring AppManager to make all features accessible with D-pad navigation.

Currently this app has the exact same user interface on Android TV as on normal Android devices but one should create a TV-specific user interface in the future.

P.S. Only tested in Android emulator. More testing might be needed.

Mygod 8657ef87f4 Crash recovery for NAT mode 
Bugfix: when NAT process is killed, Internet access is gone. Reproduce with:

    adb shell killall com.github.shadowsocks:nat

One circumstance it cannot recover from is when updating to a new version, where both processes are killed at the same time. But a reset will be executed when the new version is launched.

Mygod cd5c2ef8ef Fix rate display disappearing in StatusPreference 
It turns out that `onCreateView` gets called every time `setSummary` is invoked, and thus restoring texts for `TextView` is mandatory.

Max Lv 79d1ccba23 Workaround for the crash caused by ProgressCircle 
It's safe to ignore the exception throwed by hide().
Because the init state of the ProgressCircle is hidden.
