Boyuan Yang a192b91eb7 add systemd service templates for debian 
Those new templates will be installed by dh_installinit.

based on the work of @zh99998 for AUR.

Boyuan Yang 643d579bdf Improve Debian packaging script. 
if debuild or dpkg-buildpackage is used, it will generate 4 packages
to fit Debian's packaging policy.
