Max Lv 582a7e18d3 Fix the documentation build after moving the codecs ...

utils.cpp's \snippet aead.cpp and stream.cpp now live in src/crypto/,
which was not on Doxygen's EXAMPLE_PATH, so the man1 and HTML builds
failed. List the documentation sources explicitly instead of guessing
their extension.
