* refactor(api): introduce defineApi + axios request layer Replace ad-hoc fetch httpClient with api/request.ts (axios interceptors, envelope unwrap, auth refresh) and defineApi-based resource modules. Move session hydration into api/auth, sync both templates, and update docs. ## 定位

||
完整的管理后台模板，UI 文案以源码中的 plain strings 为主，**默认语言为英文**；Ant Design 固定 **`en_US`**。未内置 Lingui 与语言切换，可自行接入 i18n，或选用 **with-lingui** 模板。
