Kim d87dc1d642 fixed missing apt pkg: automake (#1195) 
With the `--no-install-recommends` option, `apt` command will not install `automake` package automatically as recommended package of `autoconf`. So it should be installed clearly.

Kim 51785ece25 fix shared lib search path issue (#1109) 
The shared lib file, libsodium.so, could not be found in default share object file path.

The default libsodium.git install files into /usr/local/lib, which is NOT found by system defaults.

Kim 3e0952de52 Refine verbose output in redir mode 
* fix `ss-redir -v`.

It's now output messages while redirecting.
This is useful at the time building up a router.

* removed max().

max(INET_ADDRSTRLEN, INET6_ADDRSTRLEN) => INET6_ADDRSTRLEN
